“Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life.”
– Lisa Weed
When everybody is upset is very hard to listen to one another, sometimes we need an external eye to be able to bring some light into the matter. And if this eye is specialized in the subject is even better because it will be impartial and will aim for the best decision for the family.
Also, sometimes it seems that a member of the family is sad or far away and we don’t know how to help, how to reach out to this person, and family therapy can be a way to learn of each other’s needs and support one another during difficult times.
Trying something new can be scary and challenging but also rewarding and enriching.
